Dillon is a Senior Legal Associate with Amica Law LLC. His practice focuses on contractual and commercial transactions, such as franchise, licensing and assignment agreements. He also advises on compliance and regulatory issues, particularly in the area of data protection/data privacy.

 

Additionally, Dillon has experience working with clients to manage their global trade mark portfolios and the protection of their intellectual property rights. His trade mark practice includes overseeing the filing, registration and prosecution of trade marks, handling contentious trade mark actions such as opposition, revocation and invalidation proceedings, and advising on strategies to safeguard client trade mark rights worldwide.

 

Dillon graduated with an LL.B degree from Singapore Management University in 2019, and was called to the Singapore bar in 2020.  He holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Asia (CIPP/A) qualification.
