Christine is a Legal Associate with Amica Law LLC. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and enforcement, including trade mark, copyright, patent, confidential information, and domain name disputes. She has assisted clients in contentious matters before the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, the State Courts and the Supreme Courts. Christine also assists local and international brand owners with the management and development of their trade mark portfolios.

Christine graduated with a LL.B. (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore (“NUS”) in 2020 and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2021. During her time in NUS, she was awarded the NUS Merit Scholarship and CJ Koh Scholarship. She was also the recipient of the Thomson Reuters Prize in International Commercial Litigation and the Champion of the 34th edition of the Jean-Pictet International Moot Competition in 2020.

• Contentious domain name disputes for domestic and international clients (ICANN and MYNIC).

• Advising on office actions and objections from the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore. 

• Drafting and advising on domestic and international clients on trade mark specifications in a wide spectrum of fields.

• Drafting and review of intellectual property contracts, such as franchise and assignment agreements.

• Preparation and review of online website terms and conditions and privacy policies.
