Shu Xiang is a Legal Associate with Amica Law LLC with a developing practice in trade mark prosecution, brand protection and data protection. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) in 2024, where he was placed on the Dean’s List and received the Punch Coomaraswamy Prize in the Law of Evidence. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 2026.

Shu Xiang regularly assists clients with trade mark clearances, prosecution strategies and enforcement issues, as well as brand protection initiatives. He also works on data protection matters, including issues under Singapore’s PDPA and data incident responses and remedial actions.
